As many of you know, the past few months we have been settling into our new Lafayette, CA location. We are right off of Mt Diablo, across the street from the Lafayette Reservoir. There are multiple glass sliding doors for wonderful air-flow, and a lovely view into the Lafayette hills.

We have two beautiful STOTT Pilates machines, and a cozy acupuncture and cupping area for treatments. Our biomat is available for use during the sessions, which many have been feeling a lot of added therapeutic benefit from.
